The sensationalism has started. There are a lot of things being said about this year and only time will tell if they are true. Will the world end in December? Will the banks and money systems end just like they did in the year 2000? Oh, that’s right they didn’t. So how is 2012 different?
Are we so certain that we have gotten doomsday right this time? I am not saying nothing will happen by the end of the year. Actually a lot will happen. And if one of those events is the destruction of the world or the arrival of the galactic mother ship we will still have months before that happens. And as usual the human race has created yet another reason not to live in the moment. We are once again focused on some future event.
The truth is the future is here now. We are in 2012 and there is a lot that can be done each and every moment of this year. There is no reason to sit around feeling helpless and hopeless. Make this the year that you get out and live your life to the fullest. Not recklessly, but full of life and love. Reach out to yourself and find out what interests you. Then figure out how to start down that road. Wake up in the morning with a changed attitude. Feed your energy into all the things that are working in your life. Let go of the things that are not working.
You always have a choice. December 2012 and the end of the world as we know it will come and go. Don’t stand still waiting for another year to pass you by.
